Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, improving online visibility, and generating leads for our travel business.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Manage and grow company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging posts, reels, videos, captions, and other digital content.

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.

Handle paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, and conversions.

Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities to improve website ranking.

Coordinate with the content and sales teams for lead generation and promotions.





Create marketing content for travel packages, offers, and promotional campaigns.

Track competitors and current digital marketing trends.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and marketing activities.

Optimize campaigns based on performance and customer response.

Maintain the company's online presence and brand image.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Good content creation and communication skills.

Knowledge of Canva or other graphic/video editing tools is preferred.

Experience in the travel/tourism industry will be an added advantage.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate reports.

Creative mindset with valuable attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
