Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to strengthen Reyson Badger’s brand and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating online marketing initiatives, overseeing content for digital platforms, and monitoring campaign performance through web analytics tools.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur, requiring active participation in team meetings and close coordination with local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in campaign planning and execution.

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing profiles, content scheduling, and audience engagement.

Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics.

Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies is beneficial.

Experience working in professional services, finance, or related industries is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Capacity to work collaboratively on-site in Thrissur, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
