Technologies is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our performance marketing team, manage premium client accounts, and drive exceptional campaign results across Google and Meta platforms. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, client success, and team leadership, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Handle premium and enterprise client accounts with a robust focus on ROI and business growth.

Lead client meetings, understand business objectives, present campaign strategies, and build long-term relationships.

Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring campaign quality and timely execution.

Develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.

Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, conversions, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall marketing performance.

Coordinate with creative, content,



and web development teams for successful campaign execution.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing).

Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).

Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.

Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

Experience handling premium or high-value clients.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a digital marketing team.

Good understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and campaign reporting.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
