We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience building and growing a real startup brand.

Internship Details

Role: Digital Marketing Intern

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + On-Site)

Location: Singarayakonda, Andhra Pradesh

Internship Type: Full time Internship

Joining: Immediate

Stipend Structure

First 15 Days: Unpaid training and evaluation period

After 15 Days: ₹3,500 per month

Continuation into the paid internship period will depend on the candidate's performance, commitment, learning ability, and successful completion of the initial evaluation period.

Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.

Future Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for extended opportunities or full-time positions at MecSpot.

Compensation and CTC for any future full-time position will be discussed separately based on performance, skills, role requirements, and business needs.

Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Intern at MecSpot, you will work on the company's digital growth, social media presence, marketing campaigns, content strategy, and online brand development.

This is a hands-on role. You will not only learn digital marketing concepts—you will work on real campaigns, analyze actual performance data, create content, and contribute ideas to grow MecSpot's digital presence.

You will collaborate with the marketing, design, product, and founding teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Manage and support MecSpot's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Create and schedule social media content.

Write captions,



headlines, ad copy, and basic marketing content.

Research content ideas, industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.

Support paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.

Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.

Track website traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and other marketing metrics.

Use analytics tools to understand campaign performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing creatives.

Support product promotions, seller acquisition campaigns, and customer acquisition activities.

Assist with basic SEO and website content optimization.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and growth strategies.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions where required.

Continuously experiment with new ideas to improve reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.

What We're Looking For

Strong interest in Digital Marketing and startup growth.

Basic understanding of social media marketing.

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Basic understanding of digital advertising is preferred.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic copywriting and content creation ability.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data.

Ability to understand marketing performance metrics.

Creative thinking and willingness to experiment.

Strong learning attitude and ability to take feedback.

Self-motivated, organized, and responsible for assigned tasks.
