About Decilexis

Decilexis is a gaming and digital content company focused on creating 3D assets, environments, characters, and interactive digital experiences for games and immersive platforms .

We are building our digital presence from the ground up and are looking for a creative, ambitious Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern who wants to take ownership of that journey.

This is not a role where you simply schedule posts.

You will have the opportunity to build our social media presence, experiment with content, grow an audience, and help shape how Decilexis is perceived online.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content

- Build and execute Decilexis' social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Create and manage a consistent content calendar
- Develop content around 3D art, game development, gaming, digital assets, behind-the-scenes work, industry trends and Decilexis projects
- Identify viral content formats, trends and opportunities within the gaming and 3D ecosystem
- Write engaging captions, posts, hooks and short-form content
- Work with designers/3D artists to turn their work into compelling social content
- Experiment with Reels, Shorts, carousels, memes, behind-the-scenes content and educational content

Brand Building

- Help establish Decilexis' visual and content identity across social platforms
- Develop content pillars and a recognizable brand voice
- Research gaming studios,



creators, influencers and communities for potential collaborations
- Build relationships with relevant gaming and 3D communities

Growth & Analytics

- Track follower growth, engagement, reach, impressions and content performance
- Analyze which content formats perform best and continuously improve the strategy
- Research competitors and successful gaming/3D brands
- Experiment with different growth strategies and campaigns
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Community Building

- Engage with followers, creators and relevant communities
- Identify potential clients, collaborators and creators through social platforms
- Help build an active community around Decilexis and its work

What We're Looking For
- Solid interest in gaming, game development, 3D art or digital content
- Good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an ability to identify interesting content opportunities
- Understanding of social media trends and short-form content
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar tools is a plus
- Comfortable using analytics to understand what is working




- Proactive attitude — you don't wait for someone to tell you what to post
- Willingness to experiment, test and learn

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience running a personal or brand social media account
- Experience creating Reels/Shorts
- Knowledge of gaming communities
- Knowledge of Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity or other 3D/game development tools
- Experience with influencer marketing or community management
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising or content marketing
- A portfolio of social media/content work
