BiE Beauty is a fast-growing beauty brand focused on creating innovative, high-quality skincare and beauty products. We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale our digital marketing efforts across Meta and Google platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Research target audiences and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in budget allocation and campaign scaling based on performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.





Requirements

* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with digital marketing certifications or personal projects is a plus.
