Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving SRIE DECORS’ online presence and brand visibility. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, website, and other online channels to generate leads and increase engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing social media content, coordinating web content updates, tracking and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Executive will collaborate closely with design and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, support promotional activities, and develop marketing materials aligned with business objectives. The role also includes monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for transparent messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and professional client interactions.

Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing platforms, creating content calendars, and running paid and organic campaigns.

Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills for website pages, blogs, and promotional copy that reflects the brand voice.

Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize digital campaigns.

Relevant skills such as basic graphic design or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools), and experience with SEO and SEM are beneficial.

Prior experience in digital marketing, preferably in interiors, architecture, real estate, or related sectors, is an advantage.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru are required.
