We're not looking for someone to schedule posts and file reports. We're looking for someone who will take our products, understand them deeply, and figure out how to get them in front of the right people — including through channels we haven't tried yet.

You'll own promotion end-to-end for at least one product: positioning, content, distribution, and measurement. You'll be given room to test ideas that might fail.

What you'll do

- Own the full promotion cycle for assigned products — from understanding the user to writing the copy to tracking what converts
- Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and our blog
- Run and analyse paid experiments on Meta and Google Ads (small budgets, tight feedback loops)
- Handle basic SEO: keyword research, on-page fixes, content briefs
- Build and send email/WhatsApp campaigns to our lists
- Bring at least one recent channel or format idea per month and run a small test on it
- Report weekly on what worked, what didn't, and what you learned

What we're looking for





- Final-year student or recent graduate — any degree; marketing background is not required
- Clear written English (Tamil is a plus for regional campaigns)
- Genuine curiosity about why people buy things, not just how to post about them
- Comfortable with numbers — you should want to know the CTR, not just the likes
- Familiarity with Canva plus any one of: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Buffer/Later, or CapCut
- Willing to be wrong publicly and iterate fast

Nice to have

- A personal project you've marketed — a page, a channel, a store, a college fest, anything with real numbers behind it
- Basic video editing or short-form content skills
- Experience using AI tools in a marketing workflow
