Swain Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage content, social media and paid advertising for our brands.

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month

Job Type: Full time | On-site

Responsibilities:

- Create social media posts, banners and ad creatives using Canva
- Create/edit Reels and short-form videos
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn content
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create ad copy, hooks and multiple creative variations
- Use AI tools for images, videos, copy and advertising creatives
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and other campaign metrics
- Perform basic SEO, keyword research and website content optimization
- Research competitors, trends and new content ideas




- Maintain social media/content calendars

Required Skills: Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Reels/Video Editing, AI Tools, Basic SEO and Digital Marketing.

Experience with D2C/e-commerce, Google Ads, Shopify/WooCommerce or Amazon is an advantage.
