Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role involves managing social media presence, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, driving lead generation efforts, and monitoring web analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.

Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, develop content and messaging for target audiences, and ensure consistent brand representation.



Daily tasks include campaign setup and tracking, performance reporting, budget management, and continuous testing to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform-specific optimization.
- Experience in Lead Generation using digital campaigns, marketing funnels, and conversion-focused tactics.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Prior experience in proptech, real estate, or technology-driven industries is an advantage.
