Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital campaigns to promote Next Steps’ USMLE preparation programs, including managing social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertising. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and optimizing web content, monitoring web analytics, and reporting on campaign performance to improve reach and conversion. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, engaging with online communities, and identifying current digital opportunities for growth.





The Executive will also assist in developing marketing strategies, maintaining content calendars, and supporting promotional events and initiatives. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing and growing presence across major platforms.

Ability to create and optimize Web Content Writing aligned with brand voice and audience needs.

Experience with Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and improve campaign performance.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and basic email marketing practices is beneficial.

Comfort working with design and content teams; familiarity with basic graphic or video tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in the education or test-preparation sector and willingness to learn about USMLE preparation.
