Location: Mohali / Chandigarh Experience: 3–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: IT / Software / SaaS We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Manager to drive inbound sales and manage relationships with our international clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience dealing with clients outside India, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of B2B software/SaaS sales. The candidate should also have working knowledge of digital marketing, online advertising and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities Manage and convert inbound leads from international markets.

Engage with prospects through email, phone and online meetings.

Understand customer requirements and conduct product demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close sales.

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing international clients.

Identify renewal, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Coordinate with Product, Implementation and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain sales pipeline and customer information in CRM.

Monitor and improve lead conversion throughout the sales funnel.

Work with internal teams/agencies on digital lead-generation activities.





Have a practical understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, GA4 and conversion tracking.

Monitor lead quality and campaign performance and provide inputs for improvement.

Track key metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS.

Requirements 3–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, International Sales, Inside Sales, SaaS/Software Sales, Business Development or Client Success.

Proven experience handling international clients, preferably from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia or Middle East.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Experience selling or managing B2B software/SaaS/ERP products will be preferred.

Valuable working knowledge of CRM systems.

Practical understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.

Comfortable working with international time zones.

Self-driven, customer-focused and target-oriented.
