Grey Parrot Systems is hiring a sharp, strategic Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to own messaging, content strategy, and execution across our website, LinkedIn, and Instagram — helping us tell our story in AI development, data intelligence, and IT consulting to clients, partners, candidates, and the broader industry.

About the Role

This is a strategic content role — not just execution. We are looking for someone who can sit down with our team, ask great questions, pull out the stories and ideas worth telling, and shape them into compelling, audience-specific content across our website, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will help refine how we talk about AI development, data intelligence, and IT consulting — and then bring that messaging to life across every channel and format.

What You'll Do

- Meet regularly with the GPARROT team to understand our services, offerings, and goals — pulling out content-worthy stories, insights, and ideas from conversations and client work
- Help frame and refine our core messaging — how we talk about AI development, data intelligence, and IT consulting to different audiences including clients, partners, candidates, and industry peers
- Write and structure website content — service pages, About, case studies, and blog / insights articles
- Develop a monthly content calendar and write LinkedIn posts across multiple content types — thought leadership,



company updates, case studies, hiring announcements, and industry insights
- Create Instagram content concepts — feed posts, Reels, carousels, and Stories — suited to a B2B tech and AI consulting audience
- Tailor tone, format, and framing of every piece of content to its target audience and platform — clients read differently than candidates; LinkedIn reads differently than Instagram
- Track engagement metrics across channels and recommend content adjustments based on performance data
- Coordinate with the GPARROT team on visuals, approvals, and brand consistency across all content
- Stay current on content trends, platform algorithm changes, and B2B digital marketing best practices

What We're Looking For

- Experience with website content, LinkedIn, and Instagram for a B2B or tech / professional services company
- Strong writing and messaging skills — able to turn a conversation with our team into clear, compelling, audience-specific content
- Comfortable leading discovery conversations and asking smart questions — not just executing a brief, but helping shape what gets said and how
- Ability to adapt tone, format, and framing for different audiences and platforms with confidence
- Comfort with content and publishing tools — Canva, Buffer, Later, LinkedIn / Meta Business Suite, and basic CMS editing
- Highly organized — able to manage a content calendar and deliver consistently without heavy oversight
- Interest in or familiarity with tech, AI, or IT consulting — a genuine plus
- Strong attention to detail — brand consistency, grammar, and tone matter

- Familiarity with SEO content strategy — keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure
- Experience creating content for AI, data, cloud, or IT consulting brands
- Basic video editing skills for Instagram Reels or LinkedIn video content
- Experience with analytics reporting — LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, Google Analytics
- Portfolio of B2B website content, LinkedIn posts, and Instagram content you have created or managed
