About the Role

We are looking for a rare hybrid professional — someone who can both build and manage e-commerce websites (Shopify and WooCommerce) and run performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google. At Puppy Atlas, our clients need both capabilities working in sync, and we want one sharp person who can own both ends rather than two people working in silos.

Key Responsibilities

CMS — Shopify

- Build, customise, and maintain Shopify storefronts for pet industry clients — theme customisation, sections, layouts, and product pages
- Write and edit Shopify Liquid code for custom sections, metafields, collection filters, and page-level UI changes
- Integrate and configure Shopify apps — subscriptions, reviews, WhatsApp, email marketing, COD logic, and shipping rules
- Set up discount codes, bundles, free shipping bars, and promotional mechanics on Shopify
- Upload products, manage collections, write SEO metadata, and maintain catalogue hygiene
- Coordinate with the design team to implement creatives accurately on the storefront

CMS — WooCommerce

- Build and manage WooCommerce stores — theme setup, plugin configuration, and page customisation
- Handle WooCommerce product pages, variable products, COD/payment gateway integrations, and shipping zone setup
- Write basic PHP/CSS edits for WooCommerce customisations and custom checkout flows
- Manage plugin stack — security, performance, SEO (Yoast/RankMath), and form plugins
- Troubleshoot site issues, broken layouts, payment errors, and plugin conflicts

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple client accounts
- Build full-funnel campaign structures — Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives
- Create and test audiences — custom, lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based
- Brief the design team on ad creative requirements and suggest hooks, copy angles,



and format choices
- Monitor daily spend, pacing, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and CPL — make real-time optimisations
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and catalogue feeds for dynamic product ads
- Prepare campaign performance summaries for monthly client reports

Google Ads

- Build and manage Google Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, build ad groups, write ad copy, and manage negative keyword lists
- Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager — purchases, leads, add-to-cart events
- Manage Google Merchant Centre — product feed setup, disapproval fixes, and feed optimisation
- Monitor Quality Score, impression share, ROAS, and conversion rate — optimise accordingly
- Run remarketing campaigns via Google Display targeting website visitors and cart abandoners
- Contribute campaign performance data to monthly client reporting decks

Required Skills

CMS

- Hands-on experience with Shopify — theme customisation, Liquid, Shopify Apps, and Admin
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce — plugin management, PHP/CSS edits, and page builders (Elementor preferred)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS — ability to implement design changes without breaking layouts
- Basic understanding of page speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices for e-commerce

Performance Marketing
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads accounts — campaign setup, audience building, and ongoing optimisation
- Proven experience managing Google Ads — Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API,



and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to read campaign data, identify problems, and make evidence-based optimisations
- Comfortable writing ad copy and briefing creatives with performance intent

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Shopify Markets or international store setups
- Familiarity with Blinkit or Tata 1mg seller portals
- Knowledge of SEO — on-page, technical, and content
- Experience with Supermetrics or similar reporting tools
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency handling multiple client accounts

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience across both CMS development and performance marketing
- A demonstrable track record — live store links and ad account results are more valuable than certificates
- Agency experience strongly preferred — candidates who have managed multiple client accounts simultaneously will be given preference

Employment Details

- Location: Delhi, India (On-Site)

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Reports To: Account Manager / Founder
- Notice Period: 30 days or immediate joiners preferred
