As a Digital Engagement Specialist at BSM, you will create engaging visual and multimedia content for the Group's digital and print communications, while supporting digital channels and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design digital and print materials, including infographics, brochures, flyers, banners and event collateral.

- Translate marketing and communication requirements into clear visual concepts that align with the Group’s brand standards.

- Create and edit video and visual content for digital channels and marketing campaigns.

- Adapt and optimise content for different formats, platforms, audiences and purposes.

- Support content development, scheduling, channel management and updates across the Group’s digital channels.

- Provide broader support for Group marketing and communication initiatives, as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.

- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.





- Experience designing materials for digital and print use.

- Experience in video editing and production.

- Strong creative judgement and attention to detail.

- Collaborative working style and willingness to learn and develop.

- Experience in digital content creation or channel management is advantageous.
