Future Tech & Innovation
Scan market trends and emerging TA technologies
Evaluate tools/vendors and features within/outside of current Technologies.
Run demos and innovation pilots
Contribute to future roadmap planning

Project Delivery
Lead test-and-learn (especially AI-driven projects)
Support complex deployments and configurations.
Drive end-to-end solution design.

Skills & Experience
Experience in independently leading HR tech and product innovation projects in a global organisation.




Experience designing/ deploying AI technologies to large operations teams.

Experience working with:
AI tools/automation/chatbots.
Current vendor evaluations or tech pilots.

Exposure to:
Market research/benchmarking.
Innovation programs or digital transformation.
Business case creation / ROI analysis / Risk and impact assessment analysis.
Solid storytelling or presenting ideas to leadership.
Robust communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
End-to-end technical project understanding.
