We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Pune location. This role offers a stipend between 12000 to 13500 per month with a service agreement of 18 months (6 months internship + 12 months as Full Time Employee.)

Role & responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Source candidates from various platforms matching desired skills
Design and update job descriptions for existing profiles
Identify effective recruitment sources to close open positions
Proactively engage in recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives
Develop and implement creative employee engagement activities

Skills Required
Quick learner with a proactive approach
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
