About the Role

Square Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in BPO recruitment and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring for Voice and Non-Voice processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Voice and Non-Voice BPO requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly hiring MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.




Coordinate with operations to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and other sourcing platforms.
Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹14,293.58 - ₹25,011.20 per month
