We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This role offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
