About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and SaaS roles. If you're passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building strong teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
Handle candidate documentation and onboarding support.
Publish job postings across recruitment platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.





Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in IT, Software, or SaaS hiring is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Strong candidate screening and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of onboarding and HR documentation.
Ability to manage multiple openings efficiently.
