Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Introduce products/services and understand client needs.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Maintain call and lead records.
Coordinate with the BD team for lead handover.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Confident and skilled communication.
Experience in business development, lead generation, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
