ABOUT THE ROLE The Teaching Associate supports classroom delivery by sitting in on faculty-led sessions, maintaining detailed session notes, and ensuring that topic coverage remains aligned with the curriculum. This is a classroom support and academic coordination role rather than an independent teaching position. Recruitment is conducted across two eligibility tracks, described below; both tracks perform the same core responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend and sit through all assigned faculty teaching sessions.
Take comprehensive, structured notes covering the content delivered in each session.
Track session content against the planned curriculum/syllabus and identify any topics faculty may have missed.
Flag missed or incomplete topics to the concerned faculty member promptly for follow-up.
Maintain organized, retrievable session records for academic reference.
Report progress and any classroom-delivery gaps to the Academic Head.

ELIGIBILITY TRACKS Track 1 — Technical (Preferred)
Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related civil discipline; OR
Relevant work experience in construction, civil works, or related fields, in place of formal education.

Track 2 — General




Graduate/postgraduate degree such as B.Com, BBA, MBA, LLB, finance.
A finance-related degree or equivalent skilled experience in finance.
Robust enthusiasm for, and interest in building a career within, the real estate industry.

Note: Track 1 candidates are given first preference given the institute's focus on real estate and construction-related curriculum; Track 2 candidates are considered where Track 1 profiles are unavailable.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is experience-linked, on a scale from fresher to 5–6 years of relevant experience:
Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced (up to 5–6 years): up to ₹30,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
