About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DBT (Data Build Tool) Technical Interviewer to assess candidates for client hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in modern data engineering, SQL, cloud data platforms, and DBT implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical interviews for DBT Developer candidates.
Evaluate candidates on SQL, DBT, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
Assess hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses.
Judge problem-solving, coding, and debugging capabilities.
Provide structured interview feedback with hiring recommendations.
Coordinate interview schedules with the recruitment team.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.




Robust expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool) .
Advanced SQL knowledge.
Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
Valuable understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD.
Experience with Python is preferred.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting technical interviews.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Interview Engagement
Conduct interviews remotely.
Submit detailed evaluation reports.
Flexible working hours based on interview schedules.
