About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Backend Engineer Technical Interviewer to evaluate candidates working on AI platforms, backend systems, APIs, and LLM-based applications. The interviewer should possess strong backend engineering experience along with practical exposure to up-to-date AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical interviews for AI Backend Engineer positions.
Evaluate backend architecture and API design expertise.
Assess coding, system design, and problem-solving skills.
Evaluate practical knowledge of LLMs and AI application development.
Provide comprehensive interview feedback with hiring recommendations.
Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling.

Required Skills
8+ years of Backend Engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.




Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Practical experience with AI/LLM integration.
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
Experience with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is a plus.
Strong communication and interviewing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience interviewing technical candidates.
Exposure to system design interviews.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI projects.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
