You will own three to four client accounts as their primary point of contact, from onboarding through daily publishing. This is a client-facing writing role spanning multiple industries — technical, fintech and healthcare among them — and it requires working fluently with AI tooling as a core part of daily output.
Key responsibilities
Account ownership
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for 3–4 client accounts
Run client onboarding: secure account access, establish baseline analytics, document voice and positioning requirements
Hold recurring client check-ins and manage feedback cycles
Content strategy
Build and maintain a content strategy for each account, aligned to that client's stated objective
Review performance data and revise strategy on a defined cadence
Writing and publishing
Write and publish LinkedIn posts daily in each client's established voice
Produce or source accompanying visuals using in-house AI tooling
Monitor and respond to comments on clients' behalf and ICP commenting
Verify factual claims before publication, using platform research tooling and primary sources
Required qualifications
1–3 years of skilled writing experience — content marketing, ghostwriting or comparable
Demonstrated ability to write across unfamiliar subject matter; a portfolio showing range across at least two distinct industries
Working knowledge of LinkedIn as a publishing platform, including how reach and engagement behave
Regular hands-on use of AI tools in a skilled writing workflow
Excellent written English, including the ability to match and sustain a defined voice that is not your own
Client-facing communication skills
Availability to respond within business hours to time-sensitive engagement windows
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
