We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in finishing works for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained across all finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and final handover stages.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect all finishing activities at site to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Conduct quality checks for works like plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, waterproofing, joinery, and fa ade finishing
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors to resolve quality issues




Ensure adherence to approved drawings, materials, and workmanship standards
Identify defects and ensure timely rectification before final handover
Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures and site quality plans
Support internal audits and quality reviews
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during finishing works
