CarbonGuru is a climate-tech venture developing agriculture-based carbon removal projects (e.g., biochar, regenerative practices) with Indian smallholder farmers as stewards of the movement. We design and execute high-integrity carbon removal projects that deliver measurable perks for farmers, markets, and the planet. We work at the intersection of agriculture, climate, and carbon markets to build scalable, ground-up run, and farmer-centric climate solutions.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for a capable individual who wants to work directly with the founders and gain hands-on exposure to "value creation" in agri-carbon. You will contribute across go-to-market strategy, sales, operations, and execution to help CarbonGuru grow as a climate–agri-tech venture.

The role requires an entrepreneurial approach, creative problem-solving,



and solid strategic thinking. You will drive end-to-end execution to serve our customers, partners, and our community of smallholder farmers.

Build and maintain data pipelines, trackers, and dashboards that give the founders a live view of project performance
Run project management against SOPs, and improve those SOPs as ground reality changes
Train implementation partners and field teams on process, tools, and data discipline
Deliver on targets within deadlines across multiple parallel workstreams
Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows for faster and more transparent operations

Frame and test commercial hypotheses, then scale
