Job Title: Fresher - US Recruiter/Inside Sales

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Complete Night Shift (US Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our US recruitment team. This is an excellent chance for candidates who are looking to start their career in recruitment and develop robust communication, sourcing, and coordination skills while working with the US hiring process.

Job Duties
Understand job requirements shared by clients for various open positions
Source candidate profiles through job portals and other recruitment platforms
Screen candidate resumes based on job requirements
Connect with candidates through calls to assess basic qualifications and interest
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and internal teams
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly




Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Learn and work on US recruitment processes, hiring standards, and client expectations

Eligibility Criteria
Recent graduates / freshers are preferred
Any graduate can apply
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing
Willingness to work complete night shifts
Comfortable working from office in Kondapur, Hyderabad
Quick learner with good interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and interest in building a career in recruitment
