2025-26 pass-outs.

Robust interest in B2B / Technical sales.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, and opportunity tracking.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools.
Learn and understand CADFEM's products, solutions, and target industries.
Participate in client meetings, demos, and review discussions (as exposure increases).
During the training period, trainees will undergo structured training in sales processes, CRM tools, business communication, and mentorship, with regular performance evaluations.
