Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent, drive selection decisions, and support effective onboarding.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote UPHILL HR Services as an attractive workplace and strengthen talent pipelines.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks for sourcing and managing candidates.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment consulting, or HR in a similar industry is an advantage.
