Job Overview:
Write transparent, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on prioritized features.
Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Manager.
Understand Vision, objectives, feature sets of the product.
Validate completed work against business needs, user value, AI performance, and technical expectations.
Balance new features, AI enhancements, technical debt, and bugs without compromising velocity or quality.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth), payload structures, error codes, and service interactions.
Ability to review API contracts, debug integration issues,



validate request/response flows, and coordinate versioning.
Experience with event-driven architecture and dependency mapping.
API Tools: Postman, Swagger, Insomnia
Cloud: Azure (High level working understanding)
Delivery tools: Aha, Rally
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinements, and Retrospectives.
Coordinate release planning and deployment readiness with Product, RTM and engineering leads.
Identify and eliminate blockers across teams and dependencies.
Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and surface insights to improve predictability.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, self-organizing work workplace while protecting the team from unnecessary distractions.
