Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a robust software development background to lead and deliver high-quality web application projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Full Stack Development along with proven expertise in project management, technical leadership, and client communication. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile development processes, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high technical standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements
Hands-on experience as both a Software Developer and Technical Project Manager.
Strong background in Full Stack Development and modern web technologies.
Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Angular, and MERN Stack.
Experience managing software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent client communication, stakeholder management,



and requirement gathering skills.
Robust leadership, team mentoring, and technical decision-making abilities.
Experience with project planning, sprint management, risk management, and resource allocation.
Familiarity with Git workflows and software development best practices.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and sprint execution.
Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure code quality, best practices, and development standards are followed.
Conduct project reviews, stakeholder updates, and team meetings.
Drive continuous process improvements and team productivity.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and project management practices.
