Role & responsibilities
Analysis of business performance of group companies, industry research and competitor benchmarking
Preparation of investor communication materials including investor deck and earnings presentations.
Maintain and update investor relations database, tracking changes in shareholding patterns and analyst coverage
Track and analyse the stock market performance of RPSG Group companies and their peer companies.
Prepare regular reports for senior management which includes capital market updates, sector updates, investor feedback, sentiment, and key issues.
Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and analyst interactions.
Maintain compliance with SEBI LODR regulations, stock exchange requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research of Indian companies, Corporate Finance, FP&A; , Strategy or Indian Capital Markets.
Prior experience in an Indian listed company or financial institution will be preferred.
Solid understanding of financial modelling and valuations
