Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dietitian role based in Faridabad. The Dietitian will provide individualized nutritional counseling to clients, focusing on women’s health concerns such as weight management, PCOS, thyroid disorders, blood pressure, and hormonal imbalances. The role includes conducting detailed dietary assessments, designing evidence-based meal plans aligned with medical guidance, and delivering medical nutrition therapy in coordination with physicians and coaches.
The Dietitian will track client progress, adjust plans based on lab results and biomarker data, and document all interventions in Hobfit’s digital systems.
Additional responsibilities include contributing to educational content, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and supporting community and habit-building initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based guidelines to diverse populations.
Candidates should possess skills in Nutritional Counseling, including assessing dietary habits, setting realistic goals, and promoting sustainable behavior change.
Candidates should possess experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy for conditions such as metabolic disorders, hormonal imbalances, and cardiovascular risk factors.
Candidates should possess competencies in Weight Management, including designing balanced plans that consider cultural food preferences and lifestyle constraints.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field, along with registration or licensure where applicable.
Ability to collaborate with medical professionals and health coaches, interpret lab reports, and integrate clinical findings into nutrition plans.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach and sensitivity to women’s health needs.
Experience in a clinical or health-tech setting and familiarity with digital health tools or electronic health records is beneficial.
