Key Responsibilities
On-Site Diagnostics: Travel to customer sites across Chennai to inspect diesel engines, generators, and AMF panels.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex equipment issues and perform hands-on repairs to ensure critical systems stay operational.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute regular servicing, electrical troubleshooting, and system tests.
Client Communication: Clearly explain issues and repair steps to clients to build trust and ensure equipment care.
Reporting: Log completed service calls and document parts used for each breakdown.
Candidate Requirements
RequirementDetailsExperience2+ years of hands-on experience in the Diesel Engine Service field.Technical SkillsStrong troubleshooting knowledge of DG sets, AMF Panels, and Electrical systems.MobilityMust own a two-wheeler for daily field travel.Soft SkillsA proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently in the field.
