Internal IT & Technical Support: Provide end-to-end technical support for office staff and remote team members. Troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, audio gear, peripherals), operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and business software/tools.

Network & Office Connectivity: Maintain office router/access point setups, monitor ISP uptime, manage LAN/Wi-Fi stability, resolve local IP conflicts, and ensure secure VPN/remote access for team members.

Incident Management & Uptime: Monitor daily disk usage, RAM, CPU load, and automated watchdogs. Diagnose and resolve critical server errors (e.g., HTTP 500 errors, infinite redirects, high server loads) quickly.

Database Administration: Manage, back up, and restore MySQL and MongoDB databases. Ensure database security, user permission management, and routine integrity checks.

Domain & DNS Orchestration: Manage DNS configurations (A Records, CNAME, MX), SSL certificates (AutoSSL, Let's Encrypt), domain lifecycles, and automated subdomain provisioning using domain APIs. Security, Access & Asset Management: Manage user accounts, software licenses, email setups, firewall rules, fail2ban/IP blocking, SSH keys, and protect servers/workstations from security threats or data loss.
