Roles and Responsibilities:

lead enterprise-scale DevOps transformation initiatives for global Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) customers. The ideal candidate will possess more than 20 years of IT experience with deep expertise in DevOps strategy, Cloud transformation, CI/CD implementation, Infrastructure Automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering and Release Management.

The role requires robust client engagement capabilities, leadership of large distributed teams, governance of mission-critical banking environments, and successful delivery of digital transformation programs while ensuring security, regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Define enterprise DevOps strategy aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead large-scale DevOps transformation initiatives.
- Establish DevOps Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Develop DevOps governance frameworks, standards and best practices.
- Drive automation-first culture across development and operations teams.
- Build long-term technology roadmaps.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary DevOps leader for onshore BFSI clients.
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects and Business Leaders.
- Present executive dashboards and transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct governance meetings and steering committee reviews.




- Manage customer expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
