Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, and maintain our development and deployment infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, Linux administration, and Git-based workflows, and be able to advise the engineering team on DevOps best practices and infrastructure decisions.

You will work closely with developers to improve deployment processes, automate infrastructure, maintain system reliability, and support cloud-native application deployments.

1. CI/CD & Automation

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Improve release workflows to enable faster and more reliable deployments.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and optimize pipeline performance.

1. Containerization

- Build, manage, and optimize Docker containers.
- Create and maintain Docker images.
- Ensure container security and best practices.
- Troubleshoot container-related issues.

1. Kubernetes

- Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters.
- Deploy and scale containerized applications.
- Monitor cluster health and troubleshoot Kubernetes issues.




- Configure services, ingress, namespaces, and resource management.

1. Infrastructure & Linux Administration

- Manage Linux servers and environments.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Configure users, permissions, networking, and security settings.
- Optimize server performance and reliability.

1. Version Control & Collaboration

- Manage Git repositories and branching strategies.
- Support development teams with Git workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to streamline deployments.
- Participate in infrastructure planning and DevOps best practices.

Candidate profile

- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker.
- Experience deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Positive Linux system administration skills.
- Experience troubleshooting deployment and infrastructure issues.
- Understanding of DevOps best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skill
