- Isolate IP address conflicts and handle basic DHCP scope tracking, DNS resolution flush requests, and TCP/IP adjustments.
- Conduct physical link checks, port status verifications, and interface monitoring on local routers, switches, and edge firewall setups.
- Provide configuration, profile deployment, and connection troubleshooting for corporate mobile devices and softphone applications.
- Monitor local network uptime using standard monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG) and log ISP downtime tickets immediately.
- Perform basic configurations on Cisco/HP switches, such as assigning access ports, changing description tags,



and validating VLAN assignments in the SDWAN Architecture
- Verify Wi-Fi signal strength and channel interference using basic RF analyzer apps to resolve office dead zones.
- Troubleshoot site-to-site VPN connectivity issues at the local client end and verify physical WAN link LEDs on edge gateways.
- Diagnose physical layer transport issues by testing copper Ethernet leaks, cleaning fiber optic bulkheads, and checking status indicators on internal Media Converters.
- Perform initial line-testing and link verification on local network perimeter edge routers under remote direction from the network team.
