We are looking for a skilled Laptop Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals. The role involves hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, and providing technical support to end-users to ensure smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Hardware

Repair &

• Maintenance - Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues: motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, display, battery, charging port - Laptop assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and thermal paste application - Upgrade RAM, SSD, and other components 2.

Software

Support - OS Installation: Windows 10/11, Linux. Driver installation and updates - Software installation, antivirus, patches, and formatting - Data backup and recovery 3. Troubleshooting &

• Support - Attend service tickets and resolve issues within SLA - Network setup: WiFi, LAN, printer configuration - Support users for basic IT issues remotely and on-site 4 . Chip Level &

• Board Level Repair - Diagnose and repair faults at component level: MOSFET, IC, BIOS chip, charging IC, power IC, RAM IC, GPU, CPU reballing - BGA Rework: CPU, GPU, Chipset reballing and reflow using BGA machine - SMD soldering and de - soldering using hot air gun and soldering station - Check and replace capacitors, resistors, fuses,



and connectors on motherboard - Repair short circuits, no power, no display, and charging issues at chip level 5 . Card/Board Level &

• Cord Level Repair - Diagnose and repair motherboard, display panel board, inverter board, USB board - Laptop cord/cable level repair: DC jack, charging adapter cord, display LVDS / Edp cable , keyboard flex, touchpad cable - Port repair/replacement: USB port, HDMI port, LAN port, audio jack - Hinge repair, bezel repair, and laptop body part replacement - Screen replacement and backlight repair 6 . QUALIFICATIONS - Education: Any Graduate or under Graduate - Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of laptop hardware components and troubleshooting - OS installation and software troubleshooting - Basic networking knowledge - Use of tools: multi meter, soldering, - Soft Skills: Valuable communication, problem-solving, time management PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus laptop service

Pay: ₹203,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
