Role Description This is a full time, on-site Design Verification Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The position involves developing and executing verification plans for complex digital designs, including creating testbenches, writing test cases, and performing functional and code coverage analysis. The engineer will work closely with RTL design, architecture, and validation teams to identify requirements, review specifications, and ensure robust verification of multicore architectures, high-speed interfaces, and mixed-signal IP integration.

Daily responsibilities include debugging failures, analyzing waveforms, documenting verification results, and contributing to continuous improvement of verification methodologies and flows.



The role also includes collaborating in design reviews, supporting FPGA prototyping or silicon bring-up as needed, and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong digital design and verification skills, including understanding of RTL design, microarchitecture, and SoC-level integration.

Candidates should possess skills in verification methodologies and tools, such as UVM/SystemVerilog, constrained-random verification, assertion-based verification, and coverage-driven verification.

Candidates should possess experience with EDA tools used for simulation and debugging, including industry-standard simulators, waveform viewers, and coverage analysis tools.

Candidates should possess skills related to scripting and automation, such as proficiency in Python, Perl, or shell scripting for testbench automation and regression management.

Candidates should possess familiarity with advanced technology nodes and complex interfaces, including multicore architectures, high-speed protocols, and mixed-signal IP interaction.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional engineering teams on-site in Ahmedabad.

Experience with FPGA prototyping, silicon validation, or exposure to edge AI/IoT systems
