About the Role We are looking for a Design Systems Engineer to lead the design system setup for our product. In this role, you will be responsible for turning fragmented UI into a highly scalable visual architecture. You will act as the crucial bridge between design and engineering, ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility is built-in from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities Audit existing user interfaces to identify inconsistencies and areas for consolidation.

Build and maintain scalable design tokens and variables.

Construct and manage a master Figma component library.

Document comprehensive usage guidelines for the design system.

Bridge the gap between design and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and implementation.

Ensure all components comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Note: Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating Auto Layout and Variants work to be considered.
