Having 4+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry Design Domain with B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics qualification

What you ll do at Aditya:

Responsible for design and development of automotive motor products including PMDC and BLDC motors. The role involves new product development, customer coordination, engineering documentation, validation support, and cross-functional project execution.

Here s what we are looking for:

Design and develop automotive DC / PMDC / BLDC motors.

Create 3D models, 2D drawings, Engineering BOM SAP BOM using CATIA.

Support NPD, DFMEA, APQP, and validation activities.

Handle ECRs, VAVE activities, and engineering documentation.

Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing teams.

Participate in technical problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.

Interact with customers and internal technical centres.

Support prototype development and product validation.

Strong automotive motor design and development knowledge





Expertise in CATIA software

Experience in PMDC motor electrical mechanical design

Hands-on experience in DFMEA and APQP procedures

Valuable understanding of automotive product development processes

Experience in creation of 3D models, 2D drawings, Engineering BOM SAP BOM

Exposure to BLDC motor development

Experience in Automotive OE / Tier-1 environment

Knowledge of VAVE activities and ECR handling

Exposure to DVP preparation and validation activities

Experience in customer interaction and technical coordination

Knowledge of SAP BOM management and engineering change processes

Languages Known : English, Hindi, Kannada
