Role Description The Volunteer at DCMOND Group is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting daily operations and community-focused initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and coordination, helping manage outreach activities, and providing on-ground support to program participants and team members. The role involves maintaining accurate records of volunteer activities, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth execution of projects. The Volunteer will also help with general administrative tasks, communicate with stakeholders as needed, and uphold DCMOND Group’s values and standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
Ability to work full time on-site in Mumbai and reliably support daily operational and program needs.




Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse groups and collaborate effectively with team members.
Positive organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet agreed timelines.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn recent tools as required.
Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a genuine interest in community service or social impact work.
Flexibility to support events or activities that may occasionally occur outside standard office hours.
Prior volunteer or community engagement experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Minimum high school education; additional training or coursework in social work, communications, or related areas is a plus.
