Job Summary

Code Era is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our courses, generating interest, and converting inquiries into admissions. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students from provided leads.
Explain Code Era's courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM.
Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.
Meet daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Handle student queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Marathi is an added advantage.




Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or education counseling is preferred.
