Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive residential project sales. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on real estate sales experience in residential projects, land, and villa sales, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
· Manage residential project, land, and villa sales.
· Lead, guide, and motivate Tele-Sales Executives and Sales Executives.
· Generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads into bookings.
· Conduct site visits, customer presentations, negotiations, and closures.
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
· Ensure timely customer follow-ups and CRM updates.
· Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Deliver excellent customer service and generate referrals.
· Work effectively under pressure to achieve business objectives.




Key Skills and Competencies
· Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
· Experience in residential projects, land, and villa sales.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Candidate Profile
· Overall experience: 3–7 years.
· Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience is mandatory.
· Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Experience handling customer site visits and closures.
· Robust professional attitude with excellent execution capabilities.
Compensation
₹3.5 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA, depending on experience, performance, and suitability.
