Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and employee-focused HR qualified with 2–3 years of experience to manage

core HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, HR

operations, and people development.

This role will serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, driving a high-performance culture and

ensuring smooth and effective HR practices across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, reviews, and annual
appraisals.
Manage probation confirmation processes in coordination with reporting managers.
Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Ensure continuous feedback culture and manager capability building.
Prepare HR dashboards and performance reports.





Employee Relations & Employee Engagement

Act as a single point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and employee connect sessions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives including festival celebrations, team outings, team lunches/dinners, and fun activities.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.

Talent Development & Retention

Assist managers in identifying training needs.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Support retention and employee development discussions.

HR Operations & Administration

Manage attendance, leave records, roster planning, and workforce coordination.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring policy compliance.
