We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company's products and services
Conduct warm calls by following up with existing leads, previous inquiries, and interested customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries in a qualified and courteous manner
Explain product features, services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication
Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and call outcomes in the CRM or company system
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, when required
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up,



and lead generation targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Visit client locations for meetings and field rounds once or twice a month, as required

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage)
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software
Ability to handle customer objections professionally
Robust listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
