We are looking for an experienced and polite Telecaller with excellent communication skills to handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings over the phone. The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken, patient-friendly, and have a minimum of 1 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to follow up with patients or leads
Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries
Book and confirm appointments over the phone
Maintain call records and update patient database
Explain basic treatment information (if required)
Coordinate with front desk and medical staff for scheduling

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Soft-spoken and patient-caring nature
Basic knowledge of data entry and call documentation
Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism
