About the Role

Institute of YSR Designs is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller – Front Office / Admissions Executive to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, counseling prospective students, managing front office operations, and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor and caller.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course enquiries.
Counsel prospective students and parents about our Interior Design courses.
Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Welcome visitors and manage front office activities professionally.
Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions, and appointments.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrolment targets.
Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries.
Prepare daily enquiry and admission reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).




1–3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Front Office, Customer Support, Sales, or Admissions.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
Robust interpersonal and counselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a passion for helping students.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
